The Houston Kali Temple Team is excited to start the construction process of our longing project of building a temple dedicated to Goddess Kali of the Hindu Religion in Brookshire, Texas. The temple’s sacred space will offer a welcoming haven for everyone to connect with their faith and foster community among every devotee. Through the construction of the temple, we believe we will be able to ensure the continued practice of our Sanatan Dharma(Hinduism practices) and preserve our cultures for generations to come.

Houston Kali Temple is a center to deepen your spiritual and religious journey. It is a place for peaceful meditation of Ma to develop your inner consciousness. There are multiple volunteering opportunities to improve the community of devotees and non devotees.

Ma Kali’s power or Shakti is the divine power which is pervasive in nature and manifests around us in the form of removing difficulties, pain and suffering. In traditional Hinduism, victory of good over evil is achieved through Ma Kali’s Shakti – and is manifested by the constant tug of war inside the human mind. The power of the divine mother is beyond the ultimate grasp of human mind and this world is but a creation of that divine power. Our goal is to help humanity achieve spiritual balance through the recognition of that auspicious power. It is a journey to discover oneself through the blessings of Ma and her inner divinity.
